Craig Wolfe, son of the late Herbert Wolfe and Mattie Toomer Wolfe was born October 1, 1968 in St. George, South Carolina.  After an extended illness, surrounded by family God called him home on December 28, 2023.

Craig attended the Public Schools in Dorchester County.  He graduated from St. George High School in 1988.  After high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy.  He served in the United States Navy until 1996.  Once returning home from the Navy he began driving trucks.  For the last twenty years he worked at Century Aluminum Company in Goose Creek, South Carolina.

At an early age Craig joined St. Mark Baptist Church.

Craig enjoyed fishing, cutting grass, and hanging out with family. He had a heart of gold.  He was always helping others.

Craig was preceded in death by his father; one son, Joey L. Wolfe; one brother, Greg Wolfe; aunt, Hattie Toomer; and uncle, Andrew Toomer.

Craig leaves behind to cherish his memories: his mother, Mattie Toomer Wolfe; three sons, Craig L. Wolfe, Jahiem Wolfe and Tyquez Wolfe; one sister, Wanda (Willie) Allen; two brothers, Marion (Cinthia) Wolfe and Troy (Rochel) Wolfe; aunts, Lynette (Michael) Britt, Iris (Yomi) Soyebo and Angie (James) Owens; uncles, Joseph (Tina) Toomer, Carl (Rev. Rhudene) Toomer, Perry (Aretha) Toomer, and Donald Toomer; grand aunt/grandmother, Fannie Kearney; grand aunts, Annie L. Britt and Betty Haynes Bey; nephews, Andre, Justin and Madja; niece, Della (Avery) Murray; special cousin, Eltirese Toomer; special friend, Tamara D. Shedrick; a host of grand nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
