Contina Glover Roach was born December 9, 1972 in Charleston, SC to the late Rosetta Kitt and Curtis Kitt. Tina transitioned from her earthly labor to her heavenly reward on October 18th at Trident Medical Center to be with her mother Rosetta Kitt.

Contina attended the Public Schools of Dorchester County in Saint George, SC. At an early age, Contina affiliated herself with her family's church, Jerusalem Baptist Church. She also enjoyed visiting other churches to hear the word of God. Tina, a mother, grandmother (Nana) and friend, always had a ready smile on her face. She loved to make people laugh and loved to encourage people who were going through. In her free time she could be found hanging around her friends, going to many sporting events played by her grandchildren, cooking, shopping and just making people feel good.

Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Rosetta Kitt.

She leaves to cherish her memories her nine children, Kameshia Brown (Dejuan Brown), Shawn Kitt, Akeem Kitt, Dewayne Kitt, Veronica Dixon (Laquell Dixon), Vantasia Glover, Alashia Washington, Aleshia Washington and Dayvion Brown; thirty-six grandchildren; her dad, Curtis Kitt; two sisters, Tameka Kitt and Chris Kitt; two brothers, Jamal Kitt, and McGary Glover; a special friend, Alfred Banister; a host of other relatives and friends.
