On Wednesday, May 31, 2023, the Lord called Clifton Lorenza Moorer home. Clifton began his life on earth September 24, 1981, the son of the Reginald and Henrietta Green Moorer.
He was predeceased by both his sister, Somonic and brother, Samuel Green.
Clifton grew up in Reevesville, SC. He attended school in St. George, SC graduating from St. George High School.
Clifton moved to Pennsylvania, and attended ITT Technical Institute majoring in electrical engineering. Clifton worked as a truck driver after receiving his CDL Certification and License.
Clifton attended Bethel #1 Holiness Church in Reevesville, SC. He was active in Sunday School and the youth choir under the leadership of Bishop Lun Green. After moving to San Antonio, Texas he affiliated himself with The Well Experience Church under the leadership of Pastor Marcus McIntyre. There he worked in the youth ministry. With his job driving in and out of the country, he joined His Voice Church under the leadership of Apostle Frank.
Clifton was blessed with three children. He later met and married Shena Carpenter.
His legacy of love and service will be remembered and cherished by his sons, Daeshon, Samuel, Josiah and two that he took as his own, Niquey, and Nadir; his estranged wife, Shena Carpenter Moorer of Georgia; his mother, Henrietta Moorer of Reevesville, SC; his father, Reginald J. Moorer of St. George, SC; his sisters, Regina Moorer of Reevesville, SC and Lashonda Lewis of Orangeburg, SC; his brothers, Brandon Moorer of St. George, SC, and Bonnie (Teresa) Raspberry of St. George, SC; three nieces, and two nephews, he loved dearly, Kelsie, Kairee, MaKayla, Zechariah and Malachi; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, The Well Experience Church, His Voice Church and Bethel # 1 Holiness Church.
