Clarence Roberts was born August 28, 1946 in Barbados, West Indies to Clarence, Sr. and Daisy Roberts.
Clarence served three years in the military during the Vietnam War. He owned Roberts Electronics in Brooklyn, NY. He also worked for Milestone Cable Company for many years.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: his wife, Irene Roberts of Rowesville, SC; three sons, Julian Roberts of Brooklyn, NY, Brandon Roberts of Maryland and Will Haynes of Columbia, SC; four daughters, Truimellia Haynes of Columbia, SC, Jessica Roberts of Maryland, Lakysha Roberts and Keyona Roberts both of Rowesville, SC; his parents, Clarence, Sr. and Daisy Roberts of Barbados, WI; one brother, Bobby Roberts of Barbados, WI; three sisters, Patsy Streaker of Barbados, WI, Shirley Streaker and Denise Roberts both of NY; two sisters-in-law; Dorothy Jenkins and Margaret Jones both of St. George, SC; four brothers-in-law, James (Maybelline) Simmons, John (Sarah) Simmons and Herbert (Pam) Simmons all of St. George, SC and Derrick (Angela) Simmons of Orangeburg, SC; six grand children; one great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
