Annie Britt Reeves was born on September 16, 1966 in Reevesville, SC to the late John and Irene Britt. Annie was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 12, 2018.

Annie was educated in Dorchester County Public Schools. At an early age she joined Jericho Baptist Church in Reevesville, SC. Annie worked 20 years at David Sojourner Senior Citizen Center in St. George, SC, as a Home Care Aide. She also worked several years as a private Home Care Aide. She was well known around the community and she loved housing and helping anyone in need.

Annie was joined in Holy Matrimony on September 7, 2007 to the late Curtis Reeves. Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Reeves; her father, John W. Britt; her mother, Irene Britt; two brothers, Henry Clay Britt and Johnnie B. Britt; and two nephews, DiMickie Green and Ejonte Britt.

Annie leaves to cherish her loving memories: her step-son, Tyrone (Donetta) Reeves of Columbia, SC; her step-daughter, Tiffany Reeves of Chambersburg, PA; two nephews who she raised as her own, Davonte Walker and Dexter Walker of Reevesville, SC; two brothers, Willie Britt of Augusta, GA, and Robert (Patrica) Britt of St. George, SC; six sisters, Arlene (Alfred) Ross, Lizzie Green, Willa Britt and Linda Campbell all of St. George, SC, Christine (David) Syphrett and Ida (Jeremiah) Dacus of Reevesville, SC; two uncles, Robert (Nancy) Rasberry of Columbia, SC and Roosevelt Rasberry of Reevesville, SC; one aunt, Emma Rhett of Columbia, SC; four sisters-in-law, Villa Britt of Reevesville, SC, Tammy Syphrett, Teresa Syphrett and Michelle Syphrett all of Brooklyn, NY; six brothers-in-law, Ralph Reeves and Clarence (Jacqualyn) Ravnell both of Reevesville, SC, Terry Syphrett, Joseph (Valerie) Syphrett, Craig Syphrett, and Tyrone Syphrett all of Brooklyn, NY; mother-in- law, Ms. Sally Reeves of Brooklyn, NY; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
