Aliscia Patrice Fort was born on October 12, 1983 to Norma Hymes and Angelo Fort, in East Palo Alto, California. She departed this life on Saturday, November 8, 2008.

Aliscia graduated from Palo Alto High School in Palo Alto, California. She continued her education and earned a degree in Cosmetology from Fremont Beauty College of Fremont, California. She was employed with Enterprise Car Rental of Redwood City, California; in 2005, she transferred to the Summerville, SC location where she continued to work until God's Angel summoned her home.

Aliscia was the only child born to her mother, Norma Hymes.

For the past 22 years of her life, she lived in East Palo Alto, California, until she relocated to St. George, SC in 2005, where she gained new friends and a greater love for her family. Anyone who truly knew Aliscia knew that she was a person full of laughter; enjoyed being in the presence of positive people, loved smiling, and being around her family and her friends. Aliscia enjoyed styling hair, especially her own and had a great desire and style for fashion jewelry. Her job and her co-workers were also a very important part of her life. She was loved and admired for her good spirit and positive attitude with her co-workers, family, and friends.

Aliscia leaves to cherish her precious and loving memories and continue her legacy of love, her mother, Norma Hymes (Paul) of East Palo Alto, CA; her father, Angelo Fort of Oakland, CA; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Geoganna Hymes of East Palo Alto, CA; three sisters, Carla Fort and Ashley Fort of Sacramento, CA and Kamari Fort of Dallas, Texas; three nieces; four maternal uncles, Victor Hymes (Kathy) of Alamo, CA, Michael Hymes of Stockton, CA, Robert Hymes (Joki) of Sunnyville, CA, and Jerome Hymes of Vista, CA; one maternal aunt, Helen Hymes of Gilroy, CA; two paternal uncles, Anthony Logan of San Jose, CA and Aaron Fort of East Palo Alto, CA; two paternal aunts, Stephanie Green of Fremont, CA and Nada Logan of San Jose, CA; nine cousins, Jordan, Benjamin, Mercedes, Vance, Kamau, and Wagoee Hymes, Anthony Logan, Jr., J. Logan and Michelle Logan; and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends; two very special friends, Lamont Wynn and Juanita Stevens; and a special father figure, co-worker, Bob Haygood.

Aliscia Patrice Fort's final resting home will be in Palo Alto, California.
